I've finally gotten off my lazy butt and started going to the gym 3-5 times a week so I'm hoping this will help with my own personal fitness goals. (Joe's right, once you start getting into good habits, it's much easier to stay good.) I'm hoping to lose 20 pounds by May. It's all about habits. Do some...You can do it, bro. It's all about habits. Do something (e.g. eating healthier, eating less, and getting on the damn treadmill) often enough and it becomes a habit.
