Red Sox fans are crazy bastards

You may have seen this already, but if you didn't hear the commentary by Jerry Remy and Don Orsillo on Boston's NESN, you missed the best part. When they come back from commercial, it's great.

Apparently the two guys had been arguing, with the one guy saying you shouldn't be eating pizza at a baseball game--only hot dogs.

Thanks to With Leather, an excellent sports blog.

I've watched this over and over and I still can't understand why this guy threw the pizza. It makes no sense.

The best part of the video is when there is about 1:30 remaining. They have the slo-mo close up of the two guys spilling their beers and looking dejected, and then the pizza coming in out of nowhere.

And you really shouldn't buy pizza at a baseball game. You have to stick with hot dogs and pretzels or, if they have them, the hot sausages. Maybe, and this is maybe, a cheeseburger or chicken fingers, but never, ever, pizza.

I'll tell you exactly why -- Patriot Fan thought Mr. Messy had interfered with play.

At SF Giants games you can get sushi and chardonnay . . . just in case you needed one more reason to loathe Barry Bonds.
